Why I practice and teach Yoga

I took my yoga teacher training during the pandemic. We weren’t able to meet in person so we did it on Zoom. The practice of working with the mind and the body to discover my true self is what got me through that trying time. Without it, I’m sure I would have needed lots of medication.

Yoga has enriched my life is so many ways physically, mentally, and spiritually. I believe it’s helping me age in a healthy way, and I want to share this with you. I want you to feel confident, calm, and capable. A dedicated yoga practice can do that for you.
